Richard passed away on Thursday, Decemat the Bryan LGH Medical Center West in Lincoln, Nebraska having reached the age of fifty-nine years, seven months, and five days. He had a big heart and was a great friend because he cared about everyone and was willing to help anybody he could.
Richard loved Jeeping, boating, quading, family get togethers, and spending time with his kids, sisters, and mother. On April 21, 1995, Richard was united in marriage to Jeannine Marie Loomis. The couple would later divorce in July of 1991. They moved to Fort Collins, Colorado where Richard worked at Markley Motors as an ASE Certified Mastertech Mechanic. To this union a son, Eric Jacob, was born. In the fall of 1975, Richard was united in marriage to Lynn Hunzeker in Humboldt, Nebraska. After graduation, Richard attended Southeast Community College in Lincoln and graduated with a degree in Automotive Technology in May of 1978. He was raised in Humboldt where he attended grade school and later graduated from Humboldt High School with the class of 1975.
